The History of Carried By Love
Devan & Lexie lost their second baby in Lexie’s womb when she was 12 weeks pregnant in August 2018. It was shortly after losing baby Joie that God planted this dream to start a nonprofit created to ease the burden of medical bills associated with miscarriage so the parents can properly grieve the precious life that was lost.
Slowly over the years, Lexie has prayed and God has continued to open doors and have her take the next step towards making it a reality. In October 2022, Carried By Love Foundation, Inc. became an official 501(c)3 and in May 2023, it became tax exempt.
Devan & Lexie understand the pain & grief that comes with losing a child in the womb and how medical bills trickling in months after, can be extra difficult as each one is a searing reminder that your child is no longer with you. Grieving the loss of your child is so vital and easing the burden of medical bills is one small way we can help parents do this.
